Shipping policy

We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $149 in the continental US. Orders usually ship in 1-3 business days. Please allow extra time for bank holidays when applicable. 

We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

If you receive a damaged order, please take a picture of the damaged item and email it to lightandlifecandles24@gmail.com along with your order number ASAP.

If your item is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at lightandlifecandles24@gmail.com We will file a claim and send you a replacement order ASAP. 

If for any reason your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the package. We will calculate the shipping cost and send you an invoice via email. If you choose to receive a refund rather than have your order resent, we'll gladly refund your original purchase.
